The Brief
The roadshow was one of the most important events to the client to showcase the latest news and meet industry leaders, partners, and media in-person. We planned and operated the event from start to finish including venue selection, design, guest invites and program planning to deliver consistent brand experience outside of the hotels .
The Approach
We developed an event rundown to the minute for seamless menu serves, performances and presentation cooperating with the brand team and venue's operation team. Based on guests movements during a reception, we disposed 'Meet and Greet' performance to enhance event experience.
